博士,研究员。2015年毕业于中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所获博士学位,同年赴南加州大学凯克医学院从事博士后研究工作,主要研究方向是嗜神经病毒的致病机制和抗感染免疫,相关研究成果发表在Cell Stem CellNature MicrobiologyCell ReportsJournal of VirologyAntiviral ResearchJournal of Neuroinflammation等刊物。2021年引进到中科院昆明动物所,建立神经病毒感染与疾病学科组。
  研究方向

重大病毒性全球流行对公共卫生安全造成巨大挑战,2015-2016全球爆发与流行的寨卡病毒仅在巴西就造成几千例胎儿小头症,2019年底突发的新冠疫情已经造成全球范围流行。其中,众多人类重要(突发)病毒都不同程度表现出嗜神经感染能力,研究其致病机制以及与神经退行性疾病发生的关联机制具有重要意义。基于云南和研究所的动物资源,课题组以病毒与神经学科交叉为特色开展如下研究:

1、利用神经(干)细胞培养/分化和小鼠模型解析病毒嗜神经感染导致神经发育或功能异常的表型和机制;

2、利用细胞(iPSC诱导的类脑器官、神经细胞)和动物(小鼠、树鼩、非人灵长类猕猴)模型、高等级生物安全P3实验室(灵长类)研究重要(突发)病毒的致病机制和抗病毒药物或疫苗的评价;

3、利用动物模型(小鼠、树鼩)研究病毒嗜神经感染和其引发的神经免疫/炎症促发神经退行性疾病的分子机制和潜在药物靶点。
