研究员，博士生导师。长期从事神经退行性疾病发病机制方面研究，尤其在关于特异性表观遗传调控系统变化对神经元退行性病变过程中的作用及机制等方面取得显著的成绩。已在Nature Medicine、Nature Neuroscience、Current Biology和Journal of Neuroscience等期刊发表论文10余篇。

研究方向

脑衰老及衰老相关的神经退行性疾病的发生发展与年龄、环境及遗传与表观遗传等多种因素密切相关。实验室的主要研究兴趣是以非人灵长类动物为主要研究对象，利用神经生物学、细胞分子生物学和生物信息学方法、影像学等技术手段，以表观调控（主要包括：长链非编码、组蛋白修饰、去甲基化）为重点研究方向探索和解析脑衰老的生物学基础、以及神经退行性疾病阿尔茨海默病（）的发病机理及潜在干预靶点的发掘。
