2002-2008年中国科学技术大学生物物理和神经生物学系理学博士;2008-2012年康奈尔大学生物医学系博士后;2012-2017年中国科学院昆明动物研究所副研究员;2017-至今研究员。在NaturePNASJBCEMBO系列期刊发表SCI研究论文20余篇。

  研究方向

外周感觉神经系统参与和调节生物体的众多重要生理功能和相关疾病的发生发展,如疼痛、瘙痒和炎症等,但是其背后的分子、细胞和神经机制很大程度上并不清楚,阻碍了相关疾病的治疗和药物研发。通过建立疼痛、瘙痒和炎性疾病等动物模型,使用分子生物学、电生理记录、原代神经元培养及活细胞荧光成像、转录组和蛋白质组分析技术以及动物行为学分析,去解析外周神经系统相关疾病的分子机制,寻找疾病治疗的新靶点,在并在此基础上进行活性分子的筛选和药物研发。
