研究员,特聘青年研究员,2004年毕业于山东大学生命科学学院获学士学位,2010年于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获得动物学博士学位,随后留所工作。期间至中科院北京基因组研究所和牛津大学学术访问。近年来已在Nature GeneticsNature CommunicationsPNASCell ResearchMolecular Biology and EvolutionNucleic Acids Research等国际著名SCI期刊发表论文20余篇。受邀为Nature Communications, Molecular Biology and EvolutionPLoS GeneticsBMC Genomics等国际知名期刊审稿。

  研究方向

主要从事群体基因组学和复杂性状进化和遗传机制研究,以家犬为主要研究对象。研究方向为:1)家犬的驯化历史和趋同进化;2)人工选择和自然选择的遗传机制;3)复杂性状产生和进化的遗传机制。
