博士生导师,主要从事适应性进化的群体基因组学研究。以物种和细胞群体水平的变异和进化为核心,探讨中性进化和自然选择等进化驱动力的对群体动态演化相对作用,从而揭示从遗传和表观变异的累积、到适应性改变的形成和进化一系列过程的基本规律,已发表SCI论文40余篇,成果以第一或通讯作者发表在PNASMol Biol EvolGenome ResearchAnn Rev GeneticseLife等杂志。已培养博士后1名,博士生1名,硕士生10名。

  研究方向
主要的研究方向是适应性进化与进化医学。针对动物和人类的复杂性状或疾病的表性改变,在基因组水平上研究和寻找相应的遗传或表观遗传变异,并探讨其进化特点和意义。近年来在细胞群体水平上,利用群体遗传学、进化遗传学及系统生物学的研究方法,对细胞基因组DNA水平变异、表观遗传改变特点和进化过程进行全面分析,了解体细胞表型的程序性分化、恶性转化、适应性改变等过程中,细胞群体多样性产生、突变积累的动态演化过程和规律及其组学基础。
