   CURRICULUM VITAE

Professor. (2009 – Current ) Vice Director of the  Kunming Branch, Chinese Academy of Sciences; (2000 2009) Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Director of the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Science. The research team is mainly interested in biodiversity monitoring survey, fauna taxonomic, phylogenetic and biogeographic study in the area of China-Himalayan; ecology and conservation research to rare and native species; especially focuses on the restoration of wetland ecosystem and application. The laboratory success to restore 2 beach wetland in Lake Dianchi, Yunnan, based on a restoration model of native species “Ottelia—golden-line barbels—mussels”, which has been reported by Science as 《From Remarkable Rescue To Restoration of Lost Habitat》on Oct. 10th, 2008.
